TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● We’ll do a free phone consultation to discuss your event, your needs and access to the
site. Please be aware that we operate from a converted horsebox which needs significant
clearance to access locations, including a wide turning circle to be able to get in and out
again. If we can’t realistically get in or out again, then we won’t stay.
● Once you have contacted us to arrange your event and food selection, we will give you a
quote based on expected numbers. Our minimum turnout is 50 guests. We’ll cater for
less but our minimum charge will be based on this figure to cover our time and travel,
stock and running costs.
● If you’re happy with our quote and want to go ahead, we’ll need a £50 deposit to reserve
our services for the required time. Please note that your date is not secure until this
deposit is paid. All deposits are non-refundable.
● Full payment is required no less than two weeks prior to your event.
● If payment is not received two weeks ahead of your event, this contract is null and void
and the initial deposit is forfeited.
● On the rare event that your celebration is cancelled, you will be entitled to full
reimbursement (minus the initial deposit) up to two weeks prior to your event
